Exciting New Opportunity at Ambiance Ristorante!

We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to manage Kitchen operations at our brand new and exciting Italian Restaurant and Café located in Unanderra.

At Ambiance we love all things Pasta and will be producing our own hand made pasta on site each and every day fresh for service, as well as running a high quality and fast paced café during the day. If you are excited about having the opportunity to work in a brand new restaurant with all new equipment and technology, the ability to build a team around you and design your own menu, then this might just be the role or career you’ve been looking for!

Key Qualities Required

• Highly experienced in Italian cuisine, pasta making skills preferred
• Experience in a Commercial Kitchen leadership role (Sous or Higher)
• Experience in training staff, ordering, rostering and menu planning
• High levels of motivation and energy
