Due to an increase in work load we are now looking for an experienced construction office administrator for a client based in Wollongong.
This is a 3 month fixed contract for a candidate with previous experience in office administration within construction – commercial, civil or residential.
· Ensure effective processing of all relevant site correspondence e.g. time sheets, procurement documents, invoices etc.
· Assist with the management of project expenses and assist with any relevant package finance correspondence and ensure timely submission of details and supporting documentation
· Ensuring effective document control, filing and archiving of all documents/drawings
· Provide recommendations to management on improvements to in-house processes;
· Assist in the maintaining of employee work roster data bases
· Day to day site administration duties
· Minimum 3+ years office administration experience within construction in Sydney
· Good understanding of WHS requirements
· White Card preferred but not essential
· Own vehicle
· Positive and can do attitude
