Job Description

We are looking for a kind, motivated individual with a love of learning. The children are aged 10 & 6, they are home schooled.

Duties required are running fun educational projects, art, craft & creative play activities for the children. Assisting the children in basic schoolwork set is required. Teacher qualifications are not necessary, basic worksheets for the children to complete will be supplied. Desire to implement creative projects & play is needed. It is necessary to be clear, give respectful boundaries, structure and be kind.

Working Hours:

Tuesday 12.00pm to 4.00pm

Wednesday 8.00am to 12.00pm

Possibly

Friday 10.00am to 2.00pm

Initial hours 2 days, preferably Tuesday 12-4pm & Wednesday 8-12pm. Some flexibility can be made for the right candidate.
Friday work will become available.

Clean and tidy children’s areas
Plan and carry out activities
Supervise homework
Key Attributes:

A relatable, enthusiastic and kind Nanny.
Drivers Licence and Own Car
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Current Covid-19 Training completed
Current Working with Children Check
Qualifications in Child care Teaching highly desirable
Salary:

$25 -$28 an hour paid by the family Independent Contractor preferred
