Our Fulfilment centre is 19,000 square metres with over 1.3 million products distributed weekly across Australia and New Zealand. With over 200 people working across the fulfilment of customer orders on any given day this is a big logistical operations centre.

What will you be doing?

Work closely with your team members to smash daily KPI’s & targets for your department
Coach, mentor & develop new and existing team members as part of their career and develop plans
Partner with our external agency providers to manage staffing levels to set your team up for success
Drive initiatives to implement new process improvements across both your team & the wider business
Involve yourself in daily, weekly & monthly team leadership meetings
Provide detailed reports & key insights back to the business on how your team is tracking on a daily basis

You will have stacks of experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment
You will thrive working in an innovative, ever-changing, dynamic & unique team
You will have previously lead a large diverse & motivated team of individuals with experience working across a wide range of people issues

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
