The Social Engagement Coordinator – My Club Connect will be responsible for the management and operationalization of the My Club Connect membership model for Warrigal Customers and older people in the community. This position will have input into the development of project action plans; be responsible for the monitoring, undertaking and follow up of actions; and the reporting of outcomes and variances to ensure that established project plans are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Experience in developing and implementing project plans on time and within budget
  • Demonstrable business development and stakeholder engagement expertise
  • Experience in organising and running events
  • Demonstrated business report writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within established standards, guidelines and procedures
  • Possess a high level of self-awareness, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a customer partnering focus
  • Demonstrable experience in the development and implementation of new programs
  • The ability to connect and engage with older people
  • Current NSW drivers’ license


  • An understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by the Aged Care sector
  • Proven experience implementing creative solutions
  • High level competence in MS Office products
