The purpose of this position is to provide administration and rostering support to the Illawarra Office. The primary role will be to answer telephone calls and redirect calls to the appropriate person. Where appropriate resolve queries and fill shifts. The position will also assist other key positions to aid in alleviate workload.


·Answer all incoming calls efficiently and in acourteous manner.
·Assist with data entry into relevant systemsand tools as required.
·Assist with general administration tasks suchas ordering stock, or purchasing office coffee and tea.
·Ensure data integrity is maintained bycompleting all administrative processes in a timely manner.
·Operate a range of computer-based applications,including word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
·Contribute to a cohesive team environment bysharing information, supporting and assisting colleagues in a proactive mannerto meet goals and deadlines.
·Other duties consistent with the position whererequired and/or requested by the Zest Care Management.
·Generaloffice cleaning and tidying
·Make systemadjustments for absences, change requests or cancellations in a way thatminimises impact on the participant.

Essential Skills and Experience


·Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in anadministration, customer services or a similar role.
·Previous experience in a demanding environment.

·A sense of urgency.
·Ability to work independently, as well as partof a team.
·Computer literacy with PC Word, Excel, Email,Internet, database management.
·Empathy and understanding of people withdisabilities.
·An excellent telephone manner.
·Attention to detail and excellent observationskills.
·Previousexperience in scheduling and rostering desirable.
