As Swim School Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the swim school at our Dapto facility. You will be responsible for leading a team of instructors, maintaining high standards of program delivery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for families, and supporting the ongoing growth and success of the swim school.

Hours: Approximately 35hrs/week. These hours will include some morning and afternon shifts (may include split shifts) and Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff supervision, rostering and support
Customer service and parent engagement
Ensuring program quality and compliance with safety standards
Liaising with centre management and supporting business goals
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring:
A passion for swim education and child development
Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role (aquatic setting preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Current qualifications relevant to swim instruction and first aid.
