The Role 

We are looking for multiple casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our UniBar team, they will hold a current RSA. We are after individuals that are energetic and enthusiastic about hospitality, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times.

The Food and Beverage Attendant consistently delivers high-quality work to all clients, ensuring the seamless execution of conferences, function services, live music performances, and general hospitality services. We seek an individual proficient in POS transactions, adept at managing busy crowds, and experienced in event hospitality. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements 

  • Hold a current RSA certificate
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a function setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in pubs/clubs environment behind the bar, ideally 2+ years.
  • Experience as a kitchen hand or equivalent will be advantageous
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a can do attitude and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Experience in cash handling processes, including the ability to liaise with customers to meet their needs.
  • Great attention to detail, including experience taking customer orders.
  • Must be available nights and weekends.
  • Sound understanding of current WHS practices and food safety.
  • High standards of personal presentation.
