UOW Pulse is a not-for-profit organisation that enhances campus life for students and staff through events, entertainment and experiences. We work across a diverse range of outlets and commercial sectors to provide and deliver a memorable experience for the entire UOW community.

The Role 

We are looking for an energetic individual to engage our members and grow UniActive’s member base. This fulltime position will allow you the opportunity to create fantastic rapport with members and staff alike, running programs and challenges and providing tours of our gym space to potential members. You will also help out on the front desk during peak times, providing excellent customer service, and work closely with the gym manager on member retention strategies.

Job Requirements 

• Minimum 12 months experience working full-time in a similar role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills (written, phone and face to face)
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for living and breathing an active, healthy lifestyle.
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Excel.
• High level proficiency operating POS systems and completing transactions.
