Programmed currently have a new opportunity for a passionate Business Development Manager to use their finely tuned sales and management skills to expand our paint business in Programmed Property Services.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will be accountable for managing existing customer accounts and identifying new opportunities within our core business competencies and initiating contact with key decision makers in order to generate new business. In addition, you will meet set sales targets, build strong client relationships and identify and capitalise on cross selling opportunities within the wider Programmed business.

Outstanding proven experience in a sales role; sourcing and then developing prospects into long standing clients
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders both internally and externally
Drive to succeed
Excellent customer service in relation to stakeholder engagement and continuing existing relationships
Previously knowledge from the painting industry would be beneficial
