Our fast-paced flooring company is looking for a proactive receptionist and administration assistant to join our team.
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday

Daily duties:

– Answering the phone
– Greeting walk in clients
– General Reception and admin duties
– Taking payments via phone
– Following up on emails and enquiries
– Set up customer details
– Updating files digitally and electronically

– Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Great customer service
– Ability to work autonomously
– Good phone and personal communication skills
– Proactive
– Well Spoken and written English skills
– Reliable
– Professional appearance

Position is available for immediate start. Our office is located in Wollongong. Salary is very competitive.
