Function: This role is responsible for scoping, developing and driving a range of specialised projects that have been identified within Warrigal’s strategic planning framework. The specialised projects will focus on taking the organisation’s operations on a process of change to embed behaviours and practice that meet specified requirements.  The incumbent will have demonstrated proficiency in:

Project Management
Risk Management
Process Improvement
Developing and tracking budgets
Performance Management
Written and Verbal Communication
This position is based in Support Services at Albion Park Rail, however some travel to other Warrigal sites (including the Southern Highlands) will be required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrable project management skills where projects have been delivered on time and within budget using relevant project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills to be able to work with a broad cross section of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective written communication and report writing skills
  • Highly attuned ability to build and maintain working relationships and collaborations
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to be self-directed, determine work priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in identification of project risks and the development of risk mitigation strategies
  • Track record of implementing systems and process improvement
  • Proven experience in undertaking consultation to facilitate the co-design of project plans
  • Empathy and understanding of issues affecting older people
    Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of, commitment to and ability to apply WH&S and equity issues
  • Current NSW drivers’ license
